We would like to express our thanks for the professional way in which your organization has handled the installation of our Hallway A/C systems. We appreciate all the hard work you've done for us when we first called you for assistance in helping us evaluate why the old equipment failed. We have found your organization to be creative in problem solving and very helpful in working with our Engineers during transition. Not only did you come up with the best design solution that would stand the test of time, but you also acted as our representative to the city, helping us to overcome many mechanical and life safety issues. Dear Service America,
I just wanted to thank you and your team from Service America for always being there for me and the residents of Sunpointe Springs. For the last year and a half, John and Mike have always taken care of any air conditioning problem no matter how late I call them. I even had an emergency repair last night because there was a broken pipe and Service America was there until 11:30 pm taking care of the problem. When I first started at Sunpointe Springs, the chillers and cooling towers were on their last legs. Supointe Springs is a rental - condo conversion and nothing was taken care of over the years. John and Mike were always here, any date or time keeping them running until the new HVAC was installed. I received constant calls from residents because the AC was constantly going down. I knew I could always tell the residents that Service America would be here and always showed up! John and Mike were always patient with me when they described the problem and I knew I could always trust their advice. Service America installed our new Chillers and Cooling Towers in November and it was a very smooth transition.

Dear Service America Mechanical,
Despite being unaccustomed to writing testimonial letters to condo suppliers, I did want to compliment Service America on the job they did replacing the cooling towers on the roof of our 15 story building. This was a long, in-depth process that required responding to numerous trips, checking out the system, answering to our board, working with our mechanical engineers, conscientiously responding to an in-depth RFP and finally, working with the board to determine cost constraints. At every phase, Service America was very professional and prompt. Working with our management team, the schedule was set and delivered on time with very little inconvenience to our residents. In fact, you were almost one-half day early in re-starting the air conditioning after the installation.

What was most impressive was the pro-active mentality of you and your staff. You knew what was going to happen and you communicated and were prepared all along the way. On behalf of the 138 owners of Grand Bay Residences, I want to thank you for taking what could have been a most unpleasant experience, into a good one.

From inception to completion, your organization upheld your commitment to the Board of Directors. The replacement of over 1,500 tons of cooling towers went as planned. Your communication to the property manager, and other staff of the building was a key component to its success. You coordinated your efforts with other contractors who were replacing our roof simultaneously.

We were very impressed with how well prepared you were in timing all of the different aspects of the job. The structural steel modifications alone required shoring the towers up by removing the legs, re-supporting the towers on a temporary basis to increase the height of the existing concrete columns all while everything was still up and running.

How you and your staff were able to get the building up and running in less than the five days you said it would take is the best testimony to the expertise your organization has.

Recently your company, Service America Mechanical, undertook the significant task of replacing the roof-top cooling towers for our building. The project was a large construction job that required an incredible amount of planning and coordination.

We were concerned about many issues. The movement of cars, in and around the building, cranes, trucks, for lifts, steel, and large mechanical equipment were all present simultaneously and had to be dealt with. You converted our system from two round fiberglass towers to three stainless steel towers. The work was performed and orchestrated to the schedule with which you provided us weeks before the work began. Your employees were respectful of our residents as well as our property. The work was completed on time and within budget, without surprises. Even after the equipment was installed and we had warranty issues, your company responded in a timely fashion.

We thank you so much for your effort and expertise in getting this project done. We look forward to many years of service from them and know that you will always be available if and when the need arises. Good job, well done.

On behalf of all the residents of Sunset Harbour South, the Board would like to extend our tremendous gratitude for the assistance Service America Mechanical provided us after Hurricane Wilma. Given the enormous demand for repair services that your company was faced with, your team responded to our urgent call in less than 24 hours and despite the fact that our cooling towers were knocked from their platform and were irreparably damaged, your technicians managed to get one of the towers up and running long enough for the new cooling towers to arrive.

We were also very impressed with the guidance you provided us in the selection of the new cooling towers and the creative manner in which you were able to install the towers without disrupting the unique architectural features of our building. Further, this was all accomplished on budget!

A few months have now past and the cooling towers have performed well, they are much quieter than the previous towers, which is greatly appreciated by the penthouse residents.
