What type of Appliances and systems are covered?
Our service plans cover a wide variety of common household appliances and their mechanical systems. These vary by plan and may include your air conditioning system, water heater, refrigerator, range or cooktop and oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave, trash compactor, instant hot/cold dispenser and garbage disposal. Our service plans also cover minor plumbing and electrical repairs.
HOw long must I wait for a Technician to come out?
We provide regular service during normal working hours Monday through Friday (8AM-6PM) and Saturday (8AM-5PM).
What plan should I choose?
We designed three service plans with additional options to choose from to best suit your specific needs and budget, with various co-pay options.
How often should I perform preventative maintenance?
A/C preventative maintenance, commonly referred to as an A/C tune-up, should be scheduled twice a year.
Do you offer emergency service?
Yes, we provide emergency services. Priority is based upon the health and safety of our customers and type of appliance needing repair, with estimated lead times ranging from within 24 to 96 hours depending on the appliance. Although we always strive to meet or exceed the emergency service expectations, there will at times be factors outside of our control that may impact lead times.
When should my air ducts be cleaned and how often?
We recommend having your air ducts cleaned in the cooler months, approximately once every 4-5 years. We also recommend changing your air filters on a monthly basis.
When is the best time to have my A/C unit serviced?
We recommend A/C units receive preventative maintenance semi-annually, usually in the spring and the fall.
WHEN IS A PLUMBING ISSUE CONSIDER AN EMERGENCY?
A plumbing issue is deemed an emergency when there is an uncontrollable water leak.
WHICH KITCHEN APPLIANCES ARE COVERED UNDER A SERVICE PLAN?
Our service plans cover the following kitchen appliances: refrigerator, range or cooktop and oven, dishwasher, microwave, trash compactor, instant hot/cold dispenser and garbage disposal. Laundry systems including your washer and dryer are also included. There are other optional items covered including the freezer and bar ice maker.

Yes, you can consider a service plan like insurance for your home’s appliances. With a service plan, you make one call and an appointment is set to send a trusted technician to your home, without having to call multiple companies for quotes and references. You have confidence that the service you receive is from licensed contractors who will do their best to complete your repair quickly and professionally. Even if you require just one repair, a service plan is well worth the investment.
What’s a replacement allowance?
A replacement allowance allows you to have a credit towards a new appliance or home system if it cannot be repaired.

You can schedule a service call online at anytime or call us at 1-800-884-3500.
What can I expect to pay?
We offer a variety of service plans. Customers pay an annual fee for the plan, but then pay a co-pay each time they have a repair. Any return calls on the same issue within 30 days will not result in an additional fee.
How do you charge? Monthly? Annually?
All annual service plans have an option for one-time or monthly payments. Monthly payment plans renew automatically.
What manufacturers do you use?
We sell a number of reputable, well-known brands of A/C units including Carrier, Rheem and Trane.
Who performs the service?
Qualified technicians will perform the service. These technicians are trained to repair all types of products and will use only quality replacement parts.
What rebates are available to me for new HVAC or water heaters?
We offer a number of rebates through our manufacturers.
Are your credentials through the better business bureau?

Our technicians offer the items that you need, or that are suggested for routine preventative maintenance. A/C preventative maintenance or tune-ups are recommended twice a year, while duct cleaning is recommended once every 4-5 years.
